I spent nine years at Snowbombing, one of Europe's most distinctive destination festivals, ultimately leading the business as Managing Director — with full P&L ownership, an £800k+ sponsorship portfolio, and partnerships with BMW, British Airways, Sony and Smirnoff.
Now I work independently through Volta Works, partnering with IP owners, festival organisers and cultural brands on the things that move the needle: commercial strategy, brand positioning, partnership development and end-to-end delivery.
